Production & Processing Time
All Moana Legacy orders are produced in limited batches.
Please allow 10-15 business days for production before your order is shipped.
During busy periods or product launches, production times may vary slightly. We appreciate your patience while your order is being prepared.
Once your item has been printed and quality checked, it will be carefully packed and dispatched from Auckland, New Zealand.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.
Shipping Rates (New Zealand)
- NZ Standard - $8
- NZ Rural - $9
After dispatch, delivery timeframes typically range between 2-6 business days, depending on location.
Shipping Rates (Australia)
- AUS Standard - $30NZD
- AUS Express - $60NZD
After dispatch, delivery timeframes typically range between 3-10 business days, depending on the courier service and location.
Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Moana Legacy is not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Lost or Delayed Parcels
Once parcels are handed to the courier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
